Remarks by Mark Stewart: "This appears to be a Mk.XIV Griffon Spitfire with the standard hood and not the 'tear drop' canopy. It has the extra 'slipper' tank beneath the fuselage with the 'c' wing cannon arrangement. The background appears european, say Belgium or Holland."
