01/11/2003. Remarks by
Chris Pinn: "Westland Lysander Mk II of the Army School of Co-operation. The bomb racks on the wheel spats were seldom used. Curiously the 'N' block of s/ns was used twice. The s/n N1256 was not only used on the Lysander shown, but also previously on a Short 184 floatplane. The second series 'N' block (ca. 1937) was the first with non-allocated numbers to disguise the number of aircraft actually built. A plastic kit of this actual aircraft is available from Hasegawa."
