09/30/2007. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "One of six production Ju 52/3mce's this aircraft was powered by three BMW Hornet A-2 engines fitted with Townend rings. It was flown for the first time in May 1933 and was reregistered as D-AFIR in August 1934, and was subsequently transferred to the RLM."
