Johan Visschedijk: "Built as a D.H.86A in early 1937 it was registered as G-ADYJ, modified to D.H.86B by fitting the auxiliary fins to the tail plane, it went to to the RAF as a "flying classroom" in October 1937. It was lost in a crash at Ulverston on 28 July, 1939."
