Flaglor Scooter

08/31/2007. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Ken Flaglor designed and build the Scooter and powered by an 18 hp Cushman golf cart engine the aircraft first flew in 1967, registered as N1530. Underpowered the engine was replaced by a 36 hp Volkwagen engine and the open single-seater attracted much attention at the 1967 EAA Convention held at Rockford, Illinois, USA and won the "Outstanding Ultralight" and "Outstanding Volkswagen-Powered Aircraft" awards.

Many plans have been sold to homebuilders. The pictured aircraft was first flown in 1975, the builder and the fate of the aircraft are unknown."
