Jodel D.9 Bébé

08/31/2012. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "CF-PFB was the first Jodel D-9 to be built and flown in Saskatchewan. Homebuilder Rem Walker of Estevan obtained plans, wood, and fitting material from Falconar Aircraft in Edmonton, Alberta; construction was started on December 22, 1959. The aircraft was registered on August 7, 1963, and the first flight was made on August 22, 1963; powerplant was a 65 hp Continental A65-8. The registration was cancelled on April 7, 1995, and presently the aircraft is on display at the Western Development Museum at Moose Jaw."
