Remarks by Bob Starratt: "This photo was taken at the dedication of two Twin Otters put in service by norOntair, an airline owned by the Ontario government, marked by naming the pictured plane "Robert W. Starratt". The second was named 'Orville Wieben', another aviation pioneer in Northwestern Ontario.
In 1997 C-GNHB was exported to Papua New Guinea and was in service there until 2009 when it crashed into a mountain with the loss of all 13 people on board."
