Tuttle: "This aircraft was built by James A. Blick in 1989.
I have owned this plane since 1993 and it was featured on the cover
of Kitplanes August 1989. The aircraft is no longer made. The paint
scheme was inspired by the USAF Flying Demonstration Team, The
Thunderbirds. It is a pleasure to fly as the field of view doesn't
have propellers or wings to block vision."
