Leatherman of Ontario, Oregon, USA. Registered on March 11, 1998, it flew for the first time in early 1999 and received its CoA on April 3, 1999. It is powered by two 100 hp Rotax 912 ULS four-cylinder liquid/air-cooled boxer-engine."
