07/07/2007. Built in 1966 the aircraft was registered as G-AVGW. On December 23, 1967, as part of a training flight, a scheduled engine failure was simulated on takeoff from Luton, Bedfordshire, UK. The aircraft failed to maintain height, struck a building, caught fire and crashed, the two persons aboard were killed.
