10/31/2011. Of the 84 Caproni Ca.313 delivered to the Swedish AF, not a single aircraft was preserved. When becoming obsolete they were simply burned or used as targets for gunnery practice. When Swedish television in 1988 produced a TV-program from those old days a full-scale copy of an S 16 aircraft was made using original drawings and a number of saved original parts. The replica was donated to the museum where further improvement work is a continued process.
