The AJ 37 attack version of the Viggen became the AJS 37 in 1992 after it received an extensive electronics upgrade and also expansion of the range of advanced weapons that could be carried. The pictured aircraft is finished in a farewell paint scheme applied upon the type's retirement from Flottille 10, subsequently it was transferred to the Flygvapenmuseum.
