The Multoplan had a high aspect ratio wing, retractable tricycle landing gear and was powered by a 65 hp Porsche 678/0 engine driving a propeller that was mounted in a slot between the fin and rudder. The pictured prototype of the powered sailplane flew for the first time early 1956 but was destroyed on June 22, 1956. In all 22 Multoplane's were built.
