01/31/2008. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Built in 1942, this aircraft was substantial damaged when it crash-landed after take off from Ryan Field, Tucson, Arizona, on October 9, 1995. It collided with trees after it lost engine power due to fuel starvation initiated by a faulty carburetor. The pilot was not injured."
