03/31/2022. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Coded "2-G", this aircraft belonged to RCAF No. 404 "Buffalo" Squadron. The squadron was formed at Thorney Island, West Sussex, England, on May 1, 1941, and was assigned to RAF Coastal Command. The squadron moved fifteen times within Great-Britain in only four years, it was disbanded at RAF Banff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on May 25, 1945."
