Sepecat Jaguar GR.Mk.1A

06/30/2014. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft first flew on June 7, 1976 and was delivered to the RAF on the ninth of the following month. The aircraft was one of the Jaguars that participated in the first Gulf War, arriving at Muharraq Air Base in Bahrain on November 2, 1990. It belonged to No. 41(Composite) squadron and was flown by Wing Commander G.W. 'Bill' Pixton.

It was displayed at the 1991 Paris Air Show and at the RIAT in its 'desert pink' livery, showing on the left side war markings, indicating 21 bomb missions, one strike mission with unguided rockets and six photo reconnaissance missions."
