Douglas B-26B Invader

08/31/2007. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft was built for the USAAF as an A-26B-45-DL, s/n 44-34136. Re-designated B-26B in 1948 it served till February 1958 when it was stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, Arizona, USA. In 1964 it was sold to Madden & Smith Aircraft Corp. of Miami, Florida and registered N8017.

Subsequently owners were: Donaire Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona (1966-1969, as Tanker C32); T.W. Hammon of Phoenix (1970-August 1972); Kenting Aircraft Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario, Canada (August 1972-August 1973, registered as CF-KBM); Conair Aviation Ltd. of Abbotsford, British Columbia (August 1973-May 2, 1985, as Tanker 20).

Finally on May 02, 1985, it was sold to Air Spray Tanker Ltd. of Red Deer, Alberta and reregistered as C-FKBM and also flown as Tanker 20; it was still registered to Air Spray Tanker Ltd. on February 11, 2007."
