It is bearing "U.S. Navy" and "U.S. Marines Corps" titles, and the USMC slogan "Semper Fi" (Semper Fidelis, Always Faithful). The aircraft is labeled SNV-1, but shows the incorrect BuNo 56319 (derived from the registration), that belonged to a Vought F4U-1A Corsair."
