Johan Visschedijk: "First of a batch of 215 Mk.IIs (s/n J6586 to J6800) this aircraft was widely tested with a range of desert equipment and a tropical radiator with more numerous shutters. The Mk.II version was mostly used in Egypt, Palestine, Yemen, Mesopotamia (renamed Iraq in 1921), and India."
