01/31/2008. This single-seat aircraft was designed and built by David Gauthier, construction took 2 1/2 years at the cost of $850. Powered by the well-known 85 hp Continental C85, it was first flown on June 13, 1960. Since it has been re-engined with an 125 hp Lycoming O-290 four-cylinder air-cooled horizontally-opposed engine, and reregistered to N96Z. |
