03/31/2008. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This bomber was later modified to an F-13A photo reconnaissance aircraft by adding cameras, while retaining the bombing equipment and defensive armament. It was lost in a take off accident at Depot Field, Guam, on April 26, 1945, while assigned to the 3 PRS (Photo Reconnaissance Squadron), 311 PRW (Photo Reconnaissance Wing). Four crew members lost their lives."
