12/31/2013. Remarks by Kees Kort: "This picture shows the Maurice Farman MF.2 from 1911, here at the start of the first European Circuit. This was the only two-seater featured on this race. At the controls was Maurice Farman works pilot Eugène Renaux, with as passenger Senouques. They finished the complete circuit and got the 7th position.
As ever the machine differed somewhat from other MF.2 machines, because a Panhard engine of 75 hp was fitted, where normally a 70 hp Renault engine was fitted."
