Sopwith 7F.1 Snipe

12/31/2008. This flying replica was built by Richard Day of Colonia, New Jersey, in 1982. Powered by a 220 hp Continental radial, and fitted with two machine guns it represents a postwar RAF Snipe. Presently the aircraft is displayed at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington. Read also the remarks in photo 11870.
