Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft was built by trainees of the Royal Navy Engineering College (hence the c/n RNEC 1) at Plymouth, Devon UK, and on July 2, 1971, it was registered to the RNEC Trustor, Owen David Goddard. It was permanently withdrawn from use on September 19, 1975, and since it has been on display at the Museum."
