On March 28, 1970, it was sold to a Canadian company and re-registered CF-BGY and then sold again in the USA in 1973 and registered N8EG. In 1974, it was sold to the Canadian Department of Mines & Resources for use by the Environmental Technology Center of Canada's Enviroment Department.
