12/22/2006. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This aircraft was first flown in October 1990 as PT-SSE, subsequently registered in the USA as N269AS, serving with ASA (Atlantic Southeast Airlines).

On September 21, 2006 the registration was cancelled as the aircraft was sold to the New Angolan airline Air 26. It is one of at least 3 Brasilia's ferried to Angola in October 2006, the other two are D2-EYN (c/n 120.165, ex PT-SQD, ex N264AS) and D2-EYP (c/n 120.146, ex PT-SPM, ex N262AS)."
