08/15/2008. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Produced as a DC-3A-467 C-47B-30-DK and was delivered to the USAAF as 44-76721 on April 7, 1945. On April 8, 1945 it was transferred to the RAF as KN515 and designated Dakota Mk.IV. In July 1953 it was transferred to the French AF, s/n 476721, during the 1970s it went to the French Navy, s/n 721.

The sale to the French airline Air Périgord did not materialize and instead it was sold to Basler Turbo Conversions Inc. in 1985, registered as N72BF and subsequently converted to a BT-67 turboprop (conversion no. 1), on August 22, 1999, it was reregistered as N200AN. It was imported to Canada and registered to Enterprise Airlines of Oshawa, Ontario as C-GEAI."
