McKillop: "This aircraft was registered F-WWEI by the
manufacturer before it was delivered to the Finnish airline Finnair
O/Y on July 10, 1986 and reregistered OH-LTB. It was sold to a
leasing company on August 16, 1989 and reregistered F-GGLK and then
leased to the French airline Transport Aérien Transrégional on
December 15, 1989. This airline was renamed TAT European Airlines in
December 1995. The aircraft was sub-leased to the Dominican airline
Aeromar International Airlines and later to the Danish airline Cimber
Air Denmark between.
TAT European merged with Air Liberte on October 26, 1997 and the
aircraft was sub-leased to the French airline Air Atlantique from
November 1998 until it was returned to the leasing company in January
2001. The next lease was to the Irish airline Aer Arran Express on
January 17, 2001 and the aircraft was reregistered EI-CVR; the
company was renamed Aer Arann on May 28, 2003. As of this date, this
ATR-42 is still in service with Aer Arann."
