09/30/2007. Remarks by Jack McKillop: "This aircraft was ordered as a Twin Pioneer Series 1 by Philippine Airlines with registration PI-C430 but the order was cancelled. The first flight was on September 13, 1959 registered G-APRS to Scottish Aviation. The aircraft was leased to various companies for the next three years:
     - Fison-Airwork Ltd from September 17, 1959 to May 17, 1960
     - Deutsche Taxiflug from May to September 1, 1960
     - British United Airways from March 14 to September 14, 1961
       (sub-leased to Sierra Leone Airways March-May)
     - Kuwait Oil Company from November 3, 1961 to January 26, 1962.

The aircraft was converted to a Series 3 in March 1965 and was delivered to the Empire Test Pilots School on March 19, 1965 and assigned serial number XT610 and "fleet number" 2. Withdrawn from use and stored at Boscombe Down, Wiltshire, England, until sold to Flight One Ltd in January 1975 and
reregistered G-BCWF on July 30, 1975. It was again withdrawn from service and stored until purchased by Air Atlantique in Novenber 1992 and registered G-APRS. The aircraft was restored and is now part of the Air Atlantique Classic Flight."
