06/30/2009. The two-seat Dragon microlight was designed and built by British Air Ferries' subsidiary Dragon Light Aircraft at Cardiff Airport, Rhoose, South Glamorgan. The prototype flew for the first time on July 14, 1982 and at least 76 were produced before the company ended production early 1985.
