It was struck off charge and sold to Philippine airline Far East Air Transport of Santa Cruz, Manila on December 21, 1946 registered PI-C99. The airline ceased operations in January 1947 and was bought out by PAL (Philippine Airlines) of Manila in May 1947. PAL operated the aircraft until 1967.

At an unknown date after 1967, this aircraft was reregistered PI-C138 to Far East Aviation Services who sold it to Village Airways of Pasay City, Manila in 1973. The nationality code for the Philippine Republic changed in 1973 from PI to RP and this aircraft became RP-C138.

The aircraft was placed in storage in September 1981 until sold to Victoria Air Inc. of Manila. On October 31, 1984, the aircraft crashed near Davao City, Mindanao Island while on a cargo flight from Davao to Manila. All four people aboard the aircraft were killed."
