Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "This two-seater sport model in the Fleet series was engineered by Joe Marr Gwinn Jr. It was powered by an 125 hp Kinner B-5 five-cylinder radial engine, and featured brake pedals in both cockpits as standard. It gained its Type Certificate on June 18, 1931 and between 1931 and 1933 eleven were built, including one (c/n 510) on Edo-I floats registered as NC67V and one (c/n 509) exported to Brazil registered as PP-TAC. The pictured aircraft was registered to the US Department of Commerce."
