Johan Visschedijk: "One of at least fifty Nieuport 28s aircraft that were transferred to the USA after WW I. It was tested at McCook Field, Dayton, Ohio under the Project Number
"P-38". Flown by Lt. Meister it was wrecked at McCook Field on May 30, 1920, and subsequently scrapped."
