12/31/2007. Built by Hawker at Blackpool, UK, this aircraft was originally an F.Mk.4, delivered to the RAF on July 23, 1955. It was one of eleven F.Mk.4s that were converted to T.Mk.8C two-seat trainers for the RN, this one being delivered the FAA in 1963. The aircraft was withdrawn from use in 1995, it is presently preserved at the Boscombe Down Museum, Wiltshire, England, UK. |
