01/31/2008. This aircraft was manufactured as a Hastings C.Mk.1 long-range transport, and delivered to the RAF in 1948. In 1959/1960 it was converted to a Hastings T.Mk.5 bomber-crew trainer and delivered to the RAF's Bomber Command Bombing School in May 1960. Retired on August 16, 1977, it has since been on display at the Royal Air Force Museum, Cosford.
