Johan Visschedijk: "The sole prototype of the medium bomber was flown on September 10, 1939, by Fokker test pilot H. Leegstra. On March 8, 1940, it was damage in a landing accident due to landing gear malfuntion and the aircraft was not repaired by the time of the German invasion of the Netherlands on May 10, 1940. It was cannibalized during the German occupation and after the war the remains were donated to an aviation museum at Gilze-Riyen, where they were scrapped in 1960."
