Johan Visschedijk: "This single-seat Goodyear racer was built by Merle D. Larson and Paul M. Holmes for the 1949 National Air Races, which were held at Cleveland Municipal Airport, Cleveland, Ohio, September 3–5. and was registered to Larson on June 20, 1949. Powered by an 85 hp Continental C-85 engine, the diminutive racer was damaged on take off en route to the races, was dismantled and stored, its fate is unknown. The registration was cancelled April 5, 1951."
