Norman Loop worked for Lockheed Aircraft Co. from about 1928 until 1948 and took pictures of every plane that he worked on during that time. The photos are contributed by Norman's brother Pat as a tribute to his brother. Photo shows Norman Loop, reclining in front of F. C. Hall's Vega, "Winnie Mae" named after his daughter, in which his personal pilot, Wiley Post, made the first flight around the world. |
