"In December 1984 the Interior and Alaska Aeronautical Foundation acquired this Otter, nicknamed 'Miss Piggy', from the University of Alaska for display in the Alaskaland Pioneer Air Museum to be opened in 1985. It was stored outside however and was vandalized. In 1993 Kenmore bought the Otter, rebuilt it and installed the PT-6 power unit. It has been repainted since this picture was taken and now is in Kenmore livery." |
