Remarks by Jack McKillop: "This aircraft is assigned to the 429th Electronic Combat Squadron, 27th Operations Group, 27th Fighter Wing, Eighth Air Force, Air Combat Command, and based at Cannon AFB, Clovis, New Mexico. This squadron retired the last F-111 in the Air Force inventory in the spring of 1998 and was inactivated on June 19, 1998."
