10/31/2011. First flown on January 21, 1961, this aircraft was delivered to the RCAF on March 3, 1961 and used in freight configuration by No. 437 (T) Squadron at RCAF Station Trenton, Ontario, Canada. On May 26, 1970, the aircraft received the new serial 106927 in the new CAF system, however, there is no proof the serial was carried before the aircraft was struck off charge on November 17, 1971.

The following day the aircraft was sold to the aircraft broker Beaver Enterprises, eleven days later, September 29, 1971, it was sold to AER (Aerotransportes Entre Rios) of Argentina, where it became LV-JYR. On June 20, 1972, the aircraft disappeared on a flight over the Andes Mountains from Montevideo, Argentina to Santiago de Chile, Chile, the wreckage was never found.
