10/31/2009. Delivered to the USMC as a CH-46A on October 15, 1965, this aircraft served with several USMC squadrons before it was put in storage on January 21, 1972. It was returned to service with the Naval Air Force Reserve on May 21, 1975, converted to a CH-46D. It was delivered to the museum at Pensacola on June 6, 2003.
