02/28/2011. Seen a year after being converted to a QF-4B drone, this aircraft was originally produced by McDonnell as a Model 98AM, and delivered to the USN as an F4H-1, later redesignated F-4B-11-MC. After conversion to a
QF-4B the aircraft was assigned to the Pacific Missile Test Center at Point Mugu. It was written off after being shot down in August 1982.
