02/28/2011. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "First flown in 1970 as N6984R, the aircraft came to Japan for service with All Nippon Airways in 1972, registered as JA9513. Four years later it was sold to Helicopter Service of Oslo, Norway and was registered LN-OSZ on March 30, 1976.

On November 23, 1977, while en route from Stavanger to the Ekofisk oil complex, the aircraft ditched into the North Sea and sank to a depth of 984 ft (300 m). All occupants, two crew and ten passengers, were killed."
