Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Built in Canada, FM142 was flown to the UK in May 1945, first to No. 5 Maintenance Unit (MU) at Kemble, Glostershire, England on May 17, 1945, next to No. 32 (MU) at St.Athan, Glamorgan, South Wales and finally to No. 22 (MU) at Silloth, Cumbria, North Wales, for storage until scrapped. The aircraft was struck off charge on May 7, 1947."
