Ordered from Victory Aircraft, while under construction company became Avro Canada, FM212 was first flow August 1945. In 1948 the aircraft was converted by Avro Canada to the prototype Lancaster 10P. In 1965 it became part of memorial garden in Jackson Park, Windsor, Ontario. Removed in 2005 and now under restoration by the Canadian Historical Aviation Association.
