Johan Visschedijk: "First flown from Hurn in colors of TAA, registered as VH-TVB and named "Gregory Blackland" on October 20, 1954. Sold to Ansett-ANA as VH-RMQ named "RMA Quininuo" on October 31, 1962. Leased to MacRobertson Miller Airlines (MMA) on September 10, 1968. After a total of 12.011 take offs and 31.746 flight hours the aircraft was lost due to structural failure in moderate turbulence on December 31, 1968. The aircraft came down 30 miles (48 km) from Port Headland in Western Australia, none of the five crew and 25 passengers did survive the crash."
