05/31/2008. This Aircraft was first flown on January 19, 1965, registered as N68655, and delivered to Air India on March 12, registered as VT-DSI. In September 1986 it was withdrawn from regular airline service. Reregistered EL-AJS on June 29, 1988, it was leased two days later to MEA (Middle East Airlines) of Liberia.

On August 18, 1989 it was registered to Omega Air as N8870A, stored at Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, Arizona AFB, Tucson, Arizona, USA, and used as donor of spare parts for the USAF and Boeing. Reportedly the hull of the aircraft is still at Davis Monthan AFB.
