Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "The Società Anonima Industrie Meccaniche Aeronautiche Navali (commonly known as Saiman) was founded in 1929, and specialized in repair and maintenance of marine aircraft and boats. Aircraft construction started in 1932 with an experimental monoplane, designated C.10, which had a variable incidence wing. Between 1934 and 1938 it produced the Saiman 200 two-seat trainer biplane, and the Saiman 201 and Saiman 202 two-seat touring monoplanes derivates."
