Johan Visschedijk: "The Caproni Ca.125, which appeared in 1933, was a portly little tandem two-seat touring biplane. It was powered by an 125 hp Colombo S.63 six-cylinder air-cooled in-line engine. In spite of the fat fuselage contours, necessitated by the engine mounting and the interior accommodations of the biplane, the Ca.125 possessed extremely efficient elliptical wings. Forward vision was severely limited; since the Colombo engine was not inverted, a high position had to be adopted to obtain the proper thrust line. The Ca.125 featured wheel fairings, and ailerons on the lower wing only.
